Founder Priniciple

Muzaffar Bukhari

Muzaffar Bukhari left a career on Wall Street because he saw what pressure-cooker education does to young people.

Trained as an economist (Northwestern, magna cum laude), an MBA (IMD, with distinction), and a psychotherapist (CPPD, UK), he travelled to over 50 countries before a visit to Finnish schools changed everything.

In 2016, he founded VLC — a school built on play, curiosity, and the belief that every child deserves to remain whole. He is also an ICF Certified Coach and RYT-200 Yoga Teacher.
